Up for sale is the original driver CD for Lexar Media USB Reader and JumpShot Cable from 2001. You get the CD, P/N 5028 Rev. B. Setup Disk Version 4.0.

This contains drivers for the following operating systems:

INSTALLATION

************************************************************************

Windows98/ Windows Me Installation:

Before running the new and easiest USB Smart Media Reader driver, it is highly recommended to close all programs before running the setup. Run the setup and follow the directions. Reboot the system when prompted to do so. After rebooting the system, plug the USB Smart Media Reader into your computer USB port and Windows will automatically install the driver.

Windows98/ Windows Me Uninstall:

For clean uninstall, please follow all of the procedures:

Go to Start\Program\JumpShot\Remove JumpShot files and click on Remove JumpShot files.
Click on Uninstall in the uninstall dialog box and follow directions.
After Uninstall is finished: Click on OK.

Windows2000 Installation:

Before running the new and easiest USB Smart Media Reader driver, it is highly recommended to close all programs before running setup. Run the setup and follow the directions. Reboot the system when prompted to do so. After rebooting the system, plug the USB Smart Media Reader into the computer USB port and Windows will automatically install the driver. When Windows2000 asks for a system file, type in the following c:\winnt\system32\drivers and click on OK.

Windows2000 Uninstall:

For clean uninstall of the USB Smart Media Reader on Windows2000, please follow all the procedures:

1. Go to Start\Program\ JumpShot\Remove JumpShot files and click on Uninstall. Follow Windows directions on Uninstall.

2. After completing step 1, move the mouse cursor to My Computer and do a right click, then click on Properties.

3. Go to Hardware, then click on Device Manager. Go down to Universal Serial Bus Controller and under there should be Lexar Media Jumpshot. Do a right click and click on Uninstall.

TROUBLESHOOTING
