Up for sale is an IBM Thinkpad A20p laptop notebook PC. This originally had Windows 98 on it as there is a Windows 98 product key on a sticker on the bottom. The hard drive was wiped with DBAN and Windows 2000 was installed onto the laptop cleanly from the built in optical drive. It still needs some of the device drivers installed – ‘unknown device’ and the video drivers – these device drivers are NOT included and you will need to provide your own. The laptop does not remember it’s date and time and needs a new BIOS battery – you have to set the date and time every time you boot. The battery is close to two decades old and does NOT hold a charge. And, the AC adapter is NOT included – you will need to provide your own.
