Description
Up for sale is an old Logitech TrackMan Vista from around 1996. We connected this to our Windows 10 machine via a USB to PS/2 adapter (the adapter is NOT included) and it would move the cursor around the screen, but not very well – probably needs a good cleaning, and the left-click would not register with the computer – when pressed, the button makes an audible click. The center button and right-click seemed to work ok. The tracking was a bit slow and jerky, but we attribute this to the mouse being from an era of 1024×768 resolution screens and us using it on a 2K monitor as well as dirt / dust buildup in the cavity below the roller. This is from around 1996 and the last picture is a snip from the Internet Archive’s copy of the Logitech website from 1997. Hope someone out there on the interwebs can repair it, or collect it!
