Panasonic Chips 2MB (2 x 1MB) 30-pin SIMMs Chips Desktop PC RAM Memory 1990s 386

Up for sale is a lot of 2 1MB 30-pin SIMMs of Panasonic chip 70ns Desktop PC Memory RAM. These would have been what was used in 386 powered PCs and lower end 486 PCs from the early 1990s. We found these old modules in our old computer parts drawer and are now offering ’em on the internet in the hopes that a loving home can be found in your old computer parts drawer! We don’t know the functional status of this set, but it looks to be in good physical condition. It’s sold AS-IS for a collectible only as it is probably over 30 years old! Each module has 2 Panasonic chips and one VT chip on it. Please check with the manufacturer of your computer for compatibility BEFORE you make your decision to purchase. You get two 1MB 30-pin modules from the early 1990s.

• 30-pin SIMMs
• Panasonic JAPAN MN14400ASJ-07 – we believe the ‘-07’ means 70ns
• VT VT531000 AJ-60 9432 – on both modules
• 94635H 008 – on both Panasonic Chips on one module
• 94935F 003 – on both Panasonic Chips on the other module
• 9417 – on the back of both modules – perhaps the date? 17th week of 1994?
