Up for sale is an original Iomega external parallel port zip drive in used condition. Manufactured on 19 March 1999 – we connected this old Zip drive to our Windows XP computer – after adjusting the setting in device manager on the parallel port to ‘Enable legacy Plug and Play detection’ – then when we clicked on scan for hardware changes, the computer detected the Zip drive – SEE PICTURES!
This is all the testing we’re able to do on it as we do not have any old Zip disks with which to try and test it further.
This is over twenty years old and is sold AS-IS for a collectible ONLY!
