Up for sale is an old HP LaserJet 2100tn parallel port laser printer with JetDirect network printing capability. We used this printer for several years, but it got so that it kept jamming when feeding from trays 2 and 3 and would only feed from tray 1 (the manual bypass tray) reliably. So, we replaced the printer and are now offering this 20+ year old printer on the internet in hopes that someone out there would want to add it to their collection! This printer is large, heavy, and a bit fragile (20+ year old plastic), so there is an extra $50 surcharge in the shipping to cover having the local UPS store professionally package it for shipment.

• Powers on: printed a self test page successfully
• Will NOT FEED RELIABLY from trays 2 and 3 – it may need replacement feed tires and separation pads.
• It groans a bit when trying to print from tray 3.
• Connectivity – printed a Windows 10 self test page successfully (the JetDirect is set for DHCP and we printed a Self Test / Configuration Page to get the IP address and manually added it to Windows 10)
• Comes with the OEM HP toner installed and 1 new, old stock compatible toner (which may or may not be any good – it’s been on the shelf for several years and the box has been damaged by moisture at some point) – but the toner is still sealed in the plastic bag inside of the box.

• The plastic clip which holds the left hand side of the manual feed when it is in the upright position is broken off – SEE PICTURES. This makes it so that the tray is only held in place by the remaining plastic clip on the right.
• Two of the three plastic clips on the I/O door have broken off – one is included with the printer – SEE PICTURES!
• Scratches, Scrapes, other cosmetic defects? The plastic is quite brittle as this printer is over 20 years old – Please examine the pictures.
