This is an older RS232 Serial Trackball, QuickShot – manufactured by Bondwell Industrial Ltd., FCC ID CTX7X9QS141. When connected to a Windows 7 machine with a serial port, it is found as a Microsoft Serial Mouse – the trackball moves the pointer around and the buttons click – but the cursor hesitates when the trackball is moved – it could use a cleaning/adjustment possibly.
