Aopen FM56-PM Conexant PCI 56K Internal Dial-up Fax Modem HCF. What you see in the pictures is what you get. This is a modem from an old computer. We installed it in a Windows 2000 Machine and it was detected by the system just fine and the driver was found using windows update online (the machine also had an ethernet port). We were not able to test the dialing features as we do not have a land line any longer. This modem is ready to be installed into your antique computer. No software is included, you get the bare modem only.
