Description
This solid‑state radio is branded Westminster and was manufactured by
Ohmiya Electric Co., Ltd. in Japan.
It is designed to operate on Channel 14 (27.125 MHz) and requires either
a single 9‑volt battery or a 9V DC power supply (not included).
The unit was not tested for operation. A 9V battery or power supply was not installed,
and no attempt was made to power the radio on. The volume/power control clicks and turns,
and all buttons physically depress, but functionality is unknown.
The item was sold as‑is for collectible, display, or parts/repair purposes.
Approximate dimensions are 7½ inches tall × 3¼ inches wide × 1¾ inches deep.
Included is the original imitation leather protective case marked
“Art. No. 393” and “Hong Kong”.
The antenna is missing. There is a small chip/crack in the plastic on one corner.
Additionally, a small bag containing two screws was found loose inside the unit.
