Venus Steel Universal ATX IO I/O Motherboard Shield for Desktop Computer Case

Up for sale is an old IO Shield from about the late 1990’s – as we remember, this was the generic universal IO shield which would have come with a computer case. It is stamped ‘VENUS’ and has openings for:

• PS/2 Mouse
• PS/2 Keyboard
• RJ-45 Network (has a removable blank)
• USB (underneath the network port)
• Parallel Port
• 2 x RS232 Serial Ports – 9-pins each
• Game Port (has a removable blank)
• 3 x Audio Ports (have removable blanks)

This attaches to the case with a tab that slips into the bottom and it will need two screws (not included) for the top. It does not snap in like modern IO shields

This is an old part which we do not need and hope someone on the internet will be able to put it to use.
