It was included in the original accessory box with the Corsair C70 and is in new, old stock condition – SEE PICTURES! It is for connecting the motherboard’s onboard USB 2.0 plug to the Vengeance C70’s USB 3.0 port for use with old motherboards which did not have USB 3.0 – please examine the pictures!
